When you place an order via this website, all terms and conditions listed below apply. Please read them carefully.

PAYMENT: I accept personal checks, Visa and MasterCard. When paying by check, your jewelry will be sent after the check is received and cleared. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please call me between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Do not email me your credit card information.

SHIPPING: I ship all packages UPS unless otherwise arranged. The shipping fee is calculated according to the shipping rates and will be added to your order. Please allow
2-4 weeks for delivery, unless the item is in stock.

RETURNS: If you wish to return your jewelry you may exchange it for something different. I do not accept returns. Please keep in mind that each piece is individually handcrafted, therefore no two pieces will be exactly the same. In turn, you are always ensured a truly unique piece. In the case of exchanges where a price difference occurs, you are responsible for any cost over the originally purchased price, including the cost of re-shipping. In cases where the exchange will result in you receiving credit, you will be issued a certificate for the amount. The certificate is valid for up to two months from the date of the original purchase. All inquiries regarding concerns must be made within 10 days of the date the order was shipped. After this period all sales are final. Please do not expect to exchange any item that has been worn or damaged while in your care.

REPAIRS: Unless a piece is determined to be defective, all repairs and alterations will be performed for a fee, including shipping. Please contact me for further information before returning any item for repair, alteration or exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must save all original packaging. Notify me by phone or email for return directions.

CUSTOM ORDERS: If you have a specific design in mind, I will be happy to make a piece of jewelry to your specifications. You may contact me by phone or email to discuss your ideas. Custom orders require detailed consultation and will be at my discretion. All custom orders are to be paid in full, after consultation and prior to production. Custom orders are non-returnable and not subject to exchange. If a piece you are interested in is one of a kind and is sold, I am often able to reproduce the design with similar stones and metal combinations. Such a request will be treated as a custom order. Most custom orders take between 2-4 weeks for completion. An estimated ship date will be provided at the time of your quote.
